With over 21 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and EMR system optimization, Thais Rochester is a seasoned expert in transforming how providers interact with technology. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between medical professionals and efficient digital systems — helping practices reduce burnout, streamline operations, and ultimately deliver better care.
Throughout her career, Thais has worked alongside hospitals, private practices, and specialty clinics across the country, leading EMR transitions, building customized workflows, and training providers and staff to get the most from their systems. She has deep expertise in platforms like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks, and brings a uniquely practical approach that aligns technology with real-world clinical demands.
